Dear Dr. Marcarian,

I am writing this letter to you today for a myriad of reasons; I will detail only the most important ones!
When I first contacted your office, not only did I not have dental insurance AND a mouth full of really big problems, but I also had a very active FEAR, Paranoia or as some may recognize - "an issue" with going to the dentist. Suffice it to say that I have had bad experiences in the past which in turn, dictated the fate of my smile!

As fate would have it, my teeth were in terrible shape and I could no longer tolerate the pain. Not only that, but I was at the point where I would put my hand over my mouth if I even thought for a second that I might smile! Lindy answered the phone when I called. She was very informative, patient and most of all kind to me on the phone. I explained my fears and she encouraged me to make an appointment and meet Dr. Marcarian. Lindey put me at ease, so I did. I made the appointment AND I showed up for it!!!

I have never met such a warm, friendly, and patient dentist in all my 37 years! The rest of the crew are amazing people too - they have personalities! (Something I am not used to from a dental office!) My anxiety level was already high, the sound of a drill or the DDS on the door can send my nerves into overdrive. After meeting with Dr. M and coming up with a treatment plan, we decided that Sedation Dentistry would be the best course of action for me.

After only a few appointments I have been weaned off of sedation (by MY choice) and for the most part, use only local anesthesia. AMAZING! Old habits die hard, I'm far from a "normal" patient. I still get nervous and anxious and all of that garbage. But, Dr. Marcarian jokes around with me about it, and Dee and Steve and Lindy all work with me on my level. They have taken the time to get to know me and for that; I am eternally grateful.

Thank you Dr. Marcarian and Thank You everyone that works there for being such wonderful PEOPLE. And thank you for giving me a smile that I no longer feel I need to cover up with my hand! I smile proudly now - because I have a set of teeth that are beautiful!
